In this process we go to the site and interview the person
responsible for each critical task in the business cycle.
After compiling all of the data the results are provided in a
detailed report which identifies each task that our system will enhance or
improve. The project is broken
down in phases based on the hardware, software and people that will be
involved in the project. A time
frame is developed based on the input from management and finally the costs
of the project are budgeted.
