Cyborg
Information Systems, Inc. believes it has developed the only means for
GoldMine™ Software to "synchronize" data between individual
users and outside organizations with which the user needs to share his data.
For example, in the real estate/mortgage lending industry, there is a
need for both the real estate broker/agent and the mortgage broker/agent to
have the same data. Each uses
this data for its own purpose, however, is relying on the same information
to make decisions and service the needs of their clients.
It is important that both of these entities operate with the same
information. Until Cyborg
Information Systems, Inc. introduced the ability to synchronize this data
within individual real estate agents and mortgage loan originators, this
data transfer was accomplished by telephone, facsimile or mail.
The
need for "data-hosting" and "data-processing" services
that is created by use of Cyborg Information Systems, Inc.'s systems maybe
beyond the scope of our typical client's technology or capability.
For this reason Cyborg Information Systems, Inc. houses the
customer's data on equipment owned and maintained by Cyborg Information
Systems, Inc. This allows for
secured shared access and provides reliable backup for each customer.
The
net result of this system is that the customer is provided with marketing
services previously not available to companies of their size.
Response-NET™
is Cyborg Information Systems, Inc.'s soon to be released Internet web site
that will manage customer data exchanges and make information available to
clients and the companies they interface with on a transaction by
transaction basis. This data
transfer will be accomplished with password protected web pages and data
transfer facilities. All data
will be encrypted to standards that provide financial information security
while allowing sharing of appropriate data between concerned entities.
Response-NET™ will also provide numerous marketing services that can be accessed directly from its web interface or by Cyborg Information Systems, Inc.'s GoldMine™ based systems on a PC or Laptop. All communication and synchronization other than standard protocols (telephonic and fax) are processed through any ISP (Internet Service Provider) insuring cost effectiveness and reliability.
